Changing supplier

If you are thinking about changing your mobile supplier, you can do so hassle-free at any point by using the text codes below:

Text “PAC” to 65075 – To get a PAC code that you can pass onto your new supplier to keep your existing phone number. Information relating to any early termination fees will also be provided.

Text “STAC” to 75075 – To get a STAC code which will terminate your existing contract and allow you to get a new phone number with your new supplier. Information relating to any early termination fees will also be provided.

Text “INFO” to 85075 – To get information about remaining minimum term on your contract and any early termination fees.
